How a Gym in Studio City, CA Can Increase Your Sales by 27% in 2012

How A Gym in Studio City, CA Can Increase Your Sales by 27% in 2012

I used to be a gym rat.  In fact, my interest in fitness training and health is what led me to the hobby I had throughout the 1980s – studying the Price-Pottenger Nutritional Newsletter, the Townsend Letter for Doctors, and other preventative medical journals.  I entertained attending Bastyr University in 1992 and declined due to family obligations in Cincinnati.
During my gym rat days, Vince was my chief mentor.  He was also the mentor for such fitness stars as Arnold Schwarzenegger, “Body by Jake” Steinfeld and Bob Greene.
Which leads me to this morning -
One of my goals by the end of 2012 is to be in the same shape as I was in 1992.  As a result, I’ve pulled out my old Vince letters and am following his advice on getting into shape.
One of the principles of Vince’s training is concentration.  To focus on one thing at a time.  Allowing your focus to be lost leads to procrastination and lack of clarity which ultimately leads to lack of results.  To keep your focus (as well as giving you an aerobic workout while lifting weights), Vince advices you keep the rest between sets to a minimum (Vince recommends 10-15 seconds).
This keeps you moving.  What I find interesting is that so many others plod through their workouts and then wonder at the limited results they achieve.  There are times when some of the people in the gym are doing bench presses when I enter the gym – and still doing bench presses when I leave 35 minutes later (after having accomplished 24-27 sets of exercises).
So, what does Vince have to do with YOUR business – and making more sales?
Speed – Focus and Clarity.
You need to move faster than your competition.  A great example of this is Microsoft.  They didn’t wait until Windows 7 was perfected.  They introduced a Beta version called Vista and let the world test it at the world’s expense.
Focus – Allowing too many things and projects into your business life makes you lose focus – and lack of clarity comes with this.  The most amazing example of this is Ford Motor Company, which realized in the late 1980s that they were automobile manufacturers.  For you, too many mentors, too many newsletters and too much electronic wizardry may take you away from the focus and clarity you need in your business.

There are Seven Secret Strategies (not 10 or 16 or 27) you need in your business.  Only Seven.  Seven Secret Strategies make the difference between plodding along in 2012 and massively increasing your sales.  I want to share these with you – at no CHARGE!
